This is a wonderful chart Ian! I like how it also shows how the possibilities are limited. The limitations seem to mostly indicate some level of insecurity for people at different levels. I’ve seen this many times and try to be aware when it surfaces in me. The challenge is to create a safe place for everyone to be able to share their fears and be encouraged in their potential?
